>It is the worst confirmed mass-murder incident in Japanese criminal history.
>A few weeks prior to the attack, Kyoto Animation had received a sudden surge in death threats being sent to the company.
>The doors to the studio were usually locked by security, but they had expected visitors that morning.
>The two fire exits were reportedly blocked off and lit on fire by the perpetrator. As some people ran to the staircases to reach the main exit, the perpetrator poured gasoline over them, causing them to run out into the street in flames.
>Nineteen dead bodies were found on the third floor by the stairs to the roof attempting to escape.
>SAFE:Tatsuya Ishihara, who directed Clannad, and Naoko Yamada, who directed K-On! and A Silent Voice.
>UNKNOWN: Yasuhiro Takemoto, who directed Amagi Brilliant Park and Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid

train schedule 5ch post
The perp responsible is a train otaku who got mad about KyoAni ruining the scenery at a trainspotting location by attracting a pilgrimage of anime otakus.
Also, Hibike had a baritone sax solo that people abbreviated as "barisaku". Coincidentally, "barisaku" was the abbreviation he personally used for another trainspotting related term,
This is what he was screeching about and, according to him, got plagiarized.
TL;DR: foamer goes on an autistic murder spree because KyoAni invaded his favourite place and stole his memes
