PUBLIC IMAGE LTD - DEATH Disco

Tras la disolucion de SEX-PISTOLS Johnny Rotten lideró (por decirlo de alguna forma) el movimiento POST-PUNK, creando PUBLIC IMAGE LTD, un grupo que no se anclaba en ningun genero explorando nuevos campos, mezclando musica electronica y lo que hiciera falta. El grupo comenzo con un bajista que no debia tener ni puñetera de tocar el bajo, pero johnny nuevamente penso que podria aprender, (lo mismo penso de SID VICIOUS, pero en el disco de SEX PISTOLS, Sid no grabo sus partes, lo hizo el guitarra) y esta vez no se equivoco. Para muchos musicos actuales esta considerado como "grupo de culto". El grupo se separo en 1992. Resulta curioso verle al lider de los SEX PISTOLS verle en un disco con tan trabajado en el estudio...

Es una lastima que no este completo, pero no importa. Cada vez que escucho esta cancion me recorre por la espina una senzacion que no puedo describir, me acalara la mente y me olvido de TODOS mis problemas y preocupaciones, simplemente me parece una obra maestra, perfecta.

Yo sigo en mi linea de rebuscar videos antiguos... Esta vez le toca a IAN DURY.

A los 7 años tuvo la polio, lo que le dejaria importante secuelas fisicas. Entre el 75y el 81 grabo unos cuantos exitos con el grupo "the blockheads". Tras la separacion siguio grabando discos esporadicamente, dirijiió peliculas y aparecio en otras. Meses antes de morir reunio de nuevo a los blockheads y grabaron disco. Muere en el 2000 de cancer de colon.

The Clash - Spanish Bombs

Salieron "a la luz" a la par de Sex pistols. La diferencia (aparte de lo que duro el grupo, apenas 3 años los sex pistols) es que a los Sex Pistols se la sudaba todo (o de ese palo iban) , ellos mostraban una ideologia clara. Tambien una cosa que les diferencio de los Sex Pistols (y otros grupos punks de la epoca) era que ellos mezclaban punk con jazz reggae rock y mas generos.

La cancion basicamente habla de de la guerra civil española y sobre el heroismo de los republicanos. Esta llena de referencias sobre sitios importantes del transcurso de la guerra.
