Tengo el Winny 2b66 en Ingles y necesito ayuda con la configuracion, los nodos y todo los Tips que me puedan dar para descargar con el Winny, tambien tengo el winny 2b71 pero solo esta en Japones.

Bueno eh visto un manual de winny donde me dicen que tengo que cambiar el formato del archivo Download.txt ANSI por UTF-8. quiero saber si es correcto esto.
