Bueno pues quisiera saber como se crea un nuevo canal en IRC que no he podido, me dijeron que el comando
es */ChanServ REGISTER #chanel password description, pero cuando pongo esto me aparece "You must be a channel operator to register the channel" y no se que pasa.
Si me pudieran explicar bien como hacer un nuevo canal se los agradeceria
