Estaba vagueando por internet y me he encontrado con el nuevo CD de un musico de Singapur, el cual contiene una cancion de nombre "Melody" que es muy similar... joder que digo similar, es IDENTICA a "Tori No Uta" de "AIR", aqui les dejo el link para que escuchen la cancion, vayan a la parte de abajo y le dan click en "Melody (原创风行版)"

bueno, una version en piano del opening de la mejor serie del año nunca viene mal, alguien sabe como drenarla de esa pagina? que mis skills informaticos no me dan para sacarla del reproductor =/

que descarado el tipo este, plajiando una cancion que va a salir en el opening de un anime... como para que la gente no se fuera a dar cuenta xD
me pregunto si no se habra enterado ya Lia de esto...

Lo encontre paseandome por los foros de Animenfo, despues en google me encontre esto

Air Theme Plagiarised
A CD titled "The Best of Shaun Yu (永邦／『珍愛真愛』風行精選集(新歌+精選))" recently released earlier this month by SONY BMG Music Entertainment (Taiwan) (product ID 82876727562), features a piano-only music called "Melody (原創風行版)." Melody, the 14th track on the CD, is extremely similar to Tori no Uta (鳥の詩), the opening theme song of Air. Melody is listed on the CD as an original piece composed by Yu. Fans of Air have said that Melody is virtually identical to Tori no Uta and have accused Yu of plagiarism. Tori no Uta was composed by Key and fans of Air / Key have brought the issue up on the forum on Key's Official website, however no official response has yet been made by Key

The following represents our official view regarding the plagiarisation of Tori no Uta.

Firstly, we would like to express our deepest gratitude for your continued support for our products.

Thanks to pointers from a number of fans, we have become aware that the CD by Mr. Yong Bang entitled 真愛珍愛2005風行精選集 and published by Sony BMG of Taiwan contains content plagiarised from our work Tori no Uta. We offer our sincere apologies for the great concern this has caused our fans.

We immediately expressed our objections to Sony BMG of Taiwan and proposed the following:
1. An online apology.
2. An explicit clarification that Orito Shinji is the composer of Tori no Uta.
3. Should the above two requests be complied with, no further action will be pursued with regards to damages.

These requests form the basis for our current negotiations with Sony BMG of Taiwan.

In spite of this, the CD production company YesMusic's responsible party Li Zhong Bing incorrectly and unilaterally stated today that the vendor rights to the music had already been purchased from us. We regard this action with the utmost dissatisfaction. We feel that they have been extremely insincere in their dealings with us since our initial protest, and as such, we have no intention of selling Tori no Uta to them.

We would like to greatly thank our fans, both Japanese and Taiwanese for their support to date. We look forward to your continuing patronage in the future.
