hola pues mi duda consiste en que como se le hace para subir torrents a la pagina de frozen layer y tambien como hacer torrents y aaa por ultimo que programa esta mejor para bajar torrents?

2. Para crear torrents con un cliente bittorrent (azureus, bitomet, el oficial bittorrent...)
3. Para bajar con los anteriores clientes q he dicho
