¿eso es viejo? mi ordenador principal tiene un AMD Athlon a 1200 MHz... y cumple perfectamente para lo que lo necesito. La verdad, no entiendo las ansias que tienen algunos por tener überprocesadores que tienen desperdiciados el 99% del tiempo (no lo digo por tí, es un pensamiento que me ha surgido a partir de tu comentario)

Al revés capullín, cuando no tiene nada ejecutandose está al mínimo, cuando necesita proceso sube, por eso le he dado mientras lo cargaba, que luego vuelve a bajar a 600Mhz

De lo de HyperThreading ni idea (hace muy poco que linuxeo XDD).

De lo de los 2 procesadores imagino que Dhampir tendrá en el curro una placa Dual, para meterle dos micros, yo en mi caso es que tengo un Dual Core, por eso me salen 2.

Es Hyperthreading (Nótese el flag ht). Si tienes hyperthreading y no ves dos procesadores es un problema del kernel, usa uno SMP.
