hola la verda es que como soy nuevo no estoy seguro de si esta es la forma que tenia que hacer este comentario pero espero alguien me pueda responder o ayudar es que hace algun tiempo yo baje un par de episodios de unas series con el programa BIT COMMET y cuando llego mi factura del mes mi proveedor de internet me mando una nota que decia que alguien habia puesto una queja por las series que yo baje no estoy seguro que exactamente decia porque no encuentro la noto pero la estoy buscando para dar mas informacion tal ves asi alguien me puede ayudar diciendome si es que yo dabia de haber dicho escrito o etc algo antes de bajar, o talves alguien me puede decir si tengo que hacer algo en especial antes de bajarme un episodio de una serie

eing? mmmmm... la verdad es que no creo que este hilo vaya aqui, pero bueno... antes de nada que para descargarte una serie no necesitas hacer nada mas que bajarla, nada de escribir a nadie ni algo por el estilo. Una vez dicho esto... y la verdadera razon por la que respondo... que tu proveedor te mando una nota porque alguien se habia quejado de las series que bajas?!?!?! estas seguro que es asi la cosa? quizas tu proveedor lo hacia en plan compadre "mira tio, no bajes naruto que es un toston", no se, es muy raro a tu IPS a dia de hoy (cuando implanten el sistema sarkozy como dicen que van a hacer ya veremos entonces) no le tendria que ir ni venir lo que tu descargues, ni las... ¿quejas? que reciba sobre las series que bajas, se me hace muy raro, seria incluso mas divertido que los mensajes en el emule "te has bajado underworld: evolution, borrala o te llevaremos a la carcel"(o algo asi). Nos harias un gran favor si eres capar de encontrar la nota y transcribirnoslo aqui.

si pillan tu ip los proveedores mandan un mail a la dirección de abuse de tu ISP en plan informativo (con bastante moralla en plan legal blablabla) y el isp en teoria puede, o no, avisar a su cliente de qu eha recibido esa notificación. Pero si en tu país no hay ninguna ley contra las descargas de internet eso se queda ahí, el proveedor ni puede desconectarte ni nada (aunque en el caso de las conexiones 3G si que estipulan que no las puedes usar para p2p).

orale que ridiculos son estas gentes, pero en fin, en vez de ponerse a hacer algo en contra de los hacker y cabrones que se ponen a propagar algun virus, la agarran contra los que queremos nuestro "anime gratix"

Pues que pasada, lo cierto es que nunca me habia enterado de algo asi, como mucho los mensajitos el emule que te amenazan con emprender acciones legales, imagino que tengo suerte de llevar con el p2p desde los 56k y no haber recibido nada, aun asi, imagino que por supuesto el ISP no dara tus datos a la empresa que reclama, no? porque si no ya si que no existe la privacidad.

no no se los pueden dar, aunque la SGAE ha llegado a bruselas pidiendo esos datos, pero la UE le dice que nanai, que la IP es un dato personal y que tienen que tener orden judicial.

por ahora hasta que no salga algun politico que diga que ya no sera necesario y que todas las ip seran publicas y a la orden de quien la pida.
